With over 30 years of experience in art instruction it is hardly surprising that Clarissa is much in demand all over the south of England for her demonstrations in all mediums and techniques.

When not working on her own commissions, she runs her own hugely popular and often over subscribed painting classes. Whether you're a complete beginner, at intermediate level or a professional looking to hone your skills, all levels are catered for. Classes are given termly and it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment as there can often be a waiting list. Held in her bright, natural daylight studio and the comfortable, intimate surroundings of her 16th Century home her classes create a supportive and fun environment that students feel relaxed enough to unleash their creative potential in. Inspiring pupils with the satisfaction of seeing results has meant she sees many pupils re enrol time and again. Clarissa feels it is important for classes to remain small enough to ensure individual attention can be given whilst still creating a stimulating and nurturing environment and will not normally exceed 8 pupils per class. Many former students have successfully gone on to exhibit work themselves over the years.

She also accepts private pupils for tuition on a one to one basis by special arrangement.

All day masterclasses are also available for groups of three.

On site four diamond rated B&B accommodation is available if required.
